TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1. Terms of Payment Payment should accompany all applications for courses or assessments. Payment must be made in full prior to the start  of any courses or assessments. London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate a course place to another candidate or  refuse admission if payment has not been received.  

2. Cancellations / Re-scheduling Fees / Refunds We understand circumstances can change and cancellations/re-bookings may be required, see below summarised costs and notice periods:

i. Notice within 21 days of assessment date - 100% of fees apply.

ii. Notice within 22-29 days of assessment date - 50% of fees apply.

iii Notice of 30 days or more of assessment date - Full refund applies minus £75 administration charge per booking.

Refunds will be paid within 14 days on the basis the candidate/Employer/Training provider informs the centre  either by writing or email. Should you wish to cancel your purchase please email us at info@londonessexelectrical.co.uk. 

3. Cancellation of Courses London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd reserves the right without liability to cancel a course at any time in which  event a full refund of any fees paid will be made. 

4. Absence & Late Attendance London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd will review each absence and any reasons given for that absence. If the reason was unable to  attend due to exceptional circumstances, then London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd may, in its discretion, offer a new date. Whether or not  circumstances shall be deemed “exceptional” shall be at the sole discretion of London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd. You may be asked for  supporting documents to prove the exceptional circumstances alleged.  In the event of being late, the candidate should contact the centre at its earliest convenience.

i. Non-attendance - 100% of the fees apply.

ii. You may be refused entry to the course/assessment if you are late, if this impacts other assessments due to your lateness 100% of the fees apply.

5. Changes to Course Content London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd reserves the right to change the course content, without prior notice, to  accommodate up to the moment information or alternative speakers other than those advertised.  

6. Equal Opportunities The attention of all candidates is drawn to the centre's policy of equal opportunity which is relevant to all  employees and candidates for the duration of their training.  

7. Liability for Property London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of loss or damage to any  property brought to the premises of London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd or any other premises used by London & Essex Electrical Training  Ltd for a course. The delegate or delegate’s company should arrange appropriate insurance.  

8. Liability for Accidents and Damage A delegate and sponsor shall indemnify London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd for the negligent or  criminal damage to premises, or property brought to the premises of London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd or any other premises used by  London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd for a course. London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd does not accept liability for damage caused as a  result of the negligent acts or omissions of London & Essex Electrical Training, its employees or agents save for its statutory liability for death  or personal injury. 

9. Copyright London & Essex Electrical Training Ltd, its printers and publishers reserve proprietary rights on all course notes and study  material provided for a delegate and no part of the course notes or study material may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any  means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise or stored in any retrieval system of any nature without the written  permission of the, London & Essex Electrical Training its printers and publishers. All bookings (whether written or verbal) are subject to the  above Terms and Conditions and constitute a legally binding contract under English Law.
